Duke and Duchess Report

My report on the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge. Why? Because I'm obsessed but not in a bad way. I just think they are adorable.
Everybody all together now, AWWWWW!!!!!

Do you see the muscles in her legs? Wow. I wish I had the ‘get up and go’ to look like that. Instead I choose to sit here and drink my coffee, eat my doughnut and wonder why I can’t look like that….LOL.

Okay yes he is awesome and easy going but trust me when I say that this is a somewhat scary thing to do. I’m sure his bodyguards were very close by and ready to ‘handle’ the situation if need be.

Love the dress. Wish it was in a different color though. The grey thing is getting old. But on the plus side she seems to be getting on well with the in-laws while hubby is away.

I don’t think I’ve ever seen the Queen have that big of a smile. They must be getting along quite well.

Love this coatdress! It makes her look a little more curvy.

Wow she looks fabulous here. She’s glowy or tanned, probably from her vacation and she’s lightened up on the eyeliner. Look at those peepers shine.

Look at the look on his face. Yeah you know what he’s thinking. I don’t have to say it here. Just know I think it’s fabulous that they are so in love…LOL.

You can tell who is blurred in the picture. Meaning who people are really interested in. Gee it kind of makes me feel bad for Prince Charles.

So here is the thing. I am not a hat person. I rarely wear them because I just look stupid in them. But if I did wear them I would HAVE to have this one in the collection. Love it and love to see her hair back out of her face.

I love how hands on they are. They don’t just go in and observe. They actually roll up their sleeves and join in.

Something about this picture gave me the chills. Maybe it’s because the Duchess is in the middle and the tallest where it looks like she’s the most important figure of the three. I don’t know if anyone else takes it that way but it’s just unusual.

Wow, first solo engagement and being thrown in at the last minute! Way to go Duchess! I think you just won Brownie points with the Queen on this one!!!!

The Duchess of Cambridge hosted a dinner on behalf of HRH The Prince of Wales, celebrating the work of In Kind Direct.
The Duchess of Cambridge surprised guests attending a dinner at Clarence House yesterday evening as she stepped in for The Prince of Wales. The Prince of Wales was unable to attend owing to a trip to Saudi Arabia to present his condolences to the Saudi Arabian Royal Family following the death of The Crown Prince.
The event was held in support of the work of In Kind Direct, a charity founded by The Prince of Wales in 1996, which redistributes donated products from manufacturers and retailers to UK charities.
Finding the funds to pay for the goods needed to run their services is a huge struggle for many charities and one which the economic downturn is only making harder. In Kind Direct provides a lifeline for thousands of mainly small UK not for profit groups by helping them access the products they require to deliver their essential services to millions of people in need.  At the same time, In Kind Direct provides an efficient solution for companies looking to avoid waste and landfill.
Thirty-two donors and supporters of In Kind Direct attended the dinner in the Garden Room at Clarence House.
Robin Boles, Chief Executive of In Kind Direct said:
“This event was a unique opportunity for In Kind Direct to thank generous supporters who have helped us over the years to deliver so much benefit for UK charities and the millions of people they serve. We were delighted that the Duchess was able to step in at such short notice after our founder was unexpectedly called away. The Duchess hosted a very special evening with absolute professionalism and charm.”
